  • Do you sell to the public?
    Yes! We do sell to the public. It should be noted that since we are a wholesaler, we do need to purchase in large quantities, therefore, we aren’t the best partner for every non-business partner. There are minimums on certain products and if you would like us to special order anything for you, we may have a minimum quantity requirement. We would be very happy to discuss any specifics with you!. We love event planners. DIY brides or just people who love to do their own arrangements. We also do retail orders ( arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, etc)
  • How do I become a customer?
    Please contact us via email, phone or stop in. If you are a business, please have your EIN information handy. If you are a flower shop, please contact us to set up an appointment where we would come out to meet you.
  • Do you work with DIY Brides?
    YES! we love working with brides who are determined to do their own florals. We can also help out with design of certain items you may not feel comfortable doing on your own (such as bouquets, corsages, etc). We love meeting with couples to see if working with us works with their plans. Fill out the contact form or contact us today to schedule a consult!
  • How do I schedule a workshop for my group?
    We do workshops for Girl Scout groups, assisted livings, birthday parties and even private in home events. Please email us with what you are looking for and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • How do I order?
    NYC customers can order by calling us at 212-529-6653 or by stopping by in the market. The inventory turns over so quickly in the NYC market that it is not always possible to update the inventory online, therefore, we do not do online ordering in this location.   • Is there a minimum order?
    Yes, wholesale orders are designed to be bulk orders. There will be a minimum order depending on the variety of flowers. We can speak more specifics regarding your order.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    If you are looking for something specific for an event, your best bet is to order AT LEAST 14 days in advance. 14 days gives us time to source the flowers and get the best price for our customers. If you are flexible about your options, you can order with less lead time.
  • Can I book a standing order?
    Absolutely!! Our customers get the best deals when they set up standing orders. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we can give you quotes based on quantity and flower.
  • What areas do you deliver to?
    NYC location delivers to NYC, the 5 boros, Northern NJ and some part of Long Island. NJ delivers to NJ (Monmouth county and South), Philadelphia, Parts of Delaware and Suburban PA.
  • Do you have a delivery charge?
    Local deliveries (within 10 miles) over $300 do not have a delivery charge. Deliveries of longer distances will have a flat rate fee depending on distance.
  • What is your credit/replacement policy?
    We request that any issues with flowers are reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the flowers depending on the situation if there is damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer due to poor treatment of the flowers.
  • What are your payment terms & options?
    We accept credit cards, cash and check. We strongly prefer check due to the credit card fees. If you are a consistent customer, we can discuss terms that work for your business.
  • How do I shop your NYC location?
    Our NYC location is open 7 days a week. We sell to the public and you are welcome to come in anytime we are open. Hours right now in our NYC location are Mon-Sat 7:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm.
  • Where do you source your flowers from?
    The majority of our flowers are sourced from small to medium farms in Cayambe Ecuador. We believe Ecuadorian roses to be the best in the world. We fully vet our farms and have long standing relationships with the farm owners. We also do work with small local NJ farms for local flowers such as sunflowers, lisianthus and more.
  • How do you keep your flowers fresh?
    We receive several shipments of fresh flowers every week. Because we are small, we are able to sell out most weeks, which leaves room for fresh flowers weekly. We DO NOT SELL anything over 5 days old. Once the flowers arrive, we check them thoroughly then give them a fresh cut and get them into water with food to hydrate them. They are then stored in our 38-40 degree cooler to ensure maximum freshness. The flowers are then checked again when they are being packed for delivery.
